I have put together five steps that you can take under consideration when evaluating your home or business computer systems. These steps will be presented in five parts.
The University of Georgia network security system fight off 80,000 to 90,000 potential attacks daily. At the Bank of New York, sensors catch millions of security "events" in a month and "we don't even treat the scripts that run out there or worms flowing across the Internet at any point in time as an incident because they are not entering the network," notes Eric Guerrino, the bank's head of information security. With all the threats floating around in the cyberjungle, how do you sniff out a serious Information Technology security breach? The best defense requires a mix of technology muscle and human interpretive skills. Detection systems are essential tools, but it's up to professionals to make some informed distinctions.

If you are buried in SPAM then you're not alone. It's been
suggested that as much as 50% to 75% of the e-mail traffic on
any given day is SPAM. Reading through SPAM is a waste of your
time and it subjects you to potential viruses, trojan horses,
and sexual material which can be quite offensive. Here are some
tips on how to win the SPAM war:
1. Use a throwaway email address when posting to public news
groups and chat rooms and for your Yahoo or MS Messenger Chat
accounts. You can get free email addresses at Yahoo, HotMail and
other places. Use your personal ISP-provided email address only
to communicate with trusted sources. If you are an AOL user then
set up an additional email account to use for public posting
purposes. When your free or spare email account starts getting
abused just close it and open another.

Why not use NASA Technology in e-Commerce to empower product images and what would it be like?
Several studies have shown that the most significant barrier in modern e-commerce is the lack of quality product images.
NASA was established more than 50 years ago and has been a world leader in studies of our home planet.
In October 2005 NASA decided to share their series of the stunning 'Blue Marble' images. The satellite photos were divided into 12 calendar months and provided a detailed overview at an entire year in the life of our planet.
Each image took up 10 Gigabytes of hard disk space. To be able to understand how much 10 Gigabytes really is, you can think of that each image consists of 5000 pictures taken with a typical digital camera.

Over the years we've seen all areas of entertainment change and improve in many ways. We've seen more and more channels appear on satellite television, we've seen the appearance of CDs and DVDs, and now we have access to satellite radio to complement our AM/FM service. Satellite radio is available through two providers, Sirius and XM, both of which offer a range of subscription packages and programming choice.

Being a long-time Internet entrepreneur, I have made certain
observations over time. Most people who start an online business
seem to go through certain "phases." They make the same mistakes,
and they react the same to different circumstances. All the while,
they never realize that much of this behavior sends a glaring red
signal that they are undoubtedly newbies.
There is nothing wrong with being a newbie (after all, I wasn't
born this brilliant ). But ask any novice and they will tell
you that they don't want to "appear" to be a beginner. That's why
I recently felt the need to bring attention to a typical newbie
mistake that you'll want to avoid. That mistake is using every
single piece of new Web technology you can find JUST because it
is available.

It is no secret that Google and Yahoo are on a continuous battle to win our hearts and get everyone to convert, but is converting someone really a matter of the quantity or the quality?
Let's take a look at some top key searches and compare them with some search engines online. I will outline a few things for each search result:
1) Search Engine
2) Number of results found
3) Quality & content of the top 10 sites
4) What you find going beyond the first 10 pages
Each section will get ranked out of 10 points for quality (information taken on August 26,2005).
Starting with my all-time favorite search term: "INTERNET MARKETING"
Google.com
- 99,000,000 results
- 10/10 on quality
- 10/10 Past 10 pages still delivers top quality results
