When you hear the word cocktail, the first thing that usually comes into your mind is a drink that is served together with appetizers. Well, in the world of HIV/AIDS, cocktails refer to HAART or Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy. Since 1995, the number of yearly deaths caused by AIDS has dropped considerably, thanks to HAART.
It was only in the early 1980's when HIV was identified. Back then, the virus was treated with a few drugs. Since the condition is accompanied by certain infections, researchers tried to address the opportunistic infections as well. The patients benefited from such drugs and they were able to live longer. However, you must be aware that there is no cure for HIV/AIDS. Most of the drugs are expensive and the patient can suffer from severe side effects. There have also been cases of drug resistance especially among patients who have used the drugs for about twenty years. With the number of infected patients increasing every year, researchers are trying to develop newer and more effective drugs.

When in comes to making money on the internet
search engine rankings mean everything. The more visitors you attract to your site, the more revenue you will make. Whether you sell products or make revenue from paid advertising the more people you attract to your site and the more money you will see. There are many methods to getting high rankings on Google but there are some basic principals that must be followed. Google overall is the hardest search engine to rank highly on. Google combines multiple factors that play an important role to ranking on the first page for your desired keyword or key phrases. The first and foremost factor is the quality of your website. When people ask me how I score so highly on Google I give them this advice. Build a better website than your competitors and you will rank higher. Include more information, have the freshest information and above all don't stop until you reach that number one spot. For the most part, the harder the keyword you're trying to rank the more lucrative it is once you have accomplished it. So what are the main factors to attaining a number one ranking on Google? The main factors in attaining top rankings are; quality and number of incoming links, site content updates, the size of your site, the amount of fresh resourceful information that you display, and how you optimize your site.
For simplicities sake I am going to use a vacuum cleaner site as my example, and the keywords I want to rank highly for are “vacuum cleaner reviews”. If you type these keywords into the Google search box it lists that there are 11,000,000 relevant sites that contain something about vacuum cleaner reviews. Not all these sites are built around these keywords but they are relevant to these keywords. Knowing this we have established our competition. After your site has been optimized, you'll want to start link building. There are many different kinds of links but for Google we are going to concentrate on one way incoming links. These are sites that link to you with no links back. The best way to get the most quality links is to create articles with your keywords embedded in them with a link back to your site. These articles can be distributed to many places on the internet, some examples would be news sites, forums, blogs and article directories. Write as many good, quality articles as you can and distribute them to as many places as you can. This can be time consuming and mind numbing but it is the best way to get quality incoming links. For our example you could review vacuum cleaners and post them as articles. By doing this you will have relative content on the senders side of the incoming link.

You may think you can make it to the Major Leagues. It's great if you have aspirations to do that. Realistically the chances of you making it are very slim, regardless of your talent. I don't want to damper your spirits. But one statistic says that there are almost 400,000 pitchers in High School that want to pitch in college. Of those pitchers, there are less than 7,000 open spots for pitchers even at the collegiate level. What about all of those college pitchers that want to play in the show? Take the number of Major League teams and multiply that by about 15. What is going to separate you from the others?

If you are one of the 240 million people in the world today who suffers from hemorrhoids then you know whether mild or severe they are horrible to have. Anyone who have or has had hemorrhoids can agree that the ointments and creams sold in the stores today only hide the problems and don't really do anything to stop the symptoms or even eliminate them altogether.
Back in the day the only options that was available to people was OTC ointments and creams or by seeking professional medical treatments from doctors. All of these options are extremely painful and will only provide temporally relief to the hemorrhoid symptoms. Plus the cost is outrageous to say the least with these types of treatments.
